Primary School Curriculum

The aim of the Primary school curriculum at AVV is to ensure that all children are provided with learning opportunities that recognise and celebrate their uniqueness and develop their full potential. The focus is on the child as a learner, and the use of a variety of teaching methodologies is an essential feature of the curriculum.

The subject areas in Classes I to V:

• Languages – English, Hindi & Gujarati
• Mathematics
• EVS
• Value Education
• General Knowledge
• Aptitude and Reasoning (Class - I to V)

Co-curricular activities and club activities enhance the integration of work and study and provide an opportunity for adaptation to life in the group, forming life-long habits and cultivating a voluntaristic spirit.
